Retail Alliance Gives Promotions.

Norfolk, VA - The Retail Alliance has announced the promotion of two staff members, Erica Scott and Kathy Ramella.

Scott, formerly executive assistant to the president/CEO, is now director of partner services and volunteer events. She is responsible for marketing, coordination of the Retail Angles newsletter and development of events for Retail Alliance members. She has worked at Retail Alliance for six years.

Ramella, formerly seminar & resource library specialist, is now event planning & resource services manager. She handles all logistical details for seminars and schedules meeting space at the Retail Alliance headquarters. She also maintains the resource library. She has been employed at Retail Alliance for over five years.

Founded in Norfolk in 1903, Retail Alliance is a retail association and a sales agent for Equifax, providing businesses credit-related products and reporting, recovery services and mortgage credit reports. Retail Alliance serves its association partners with benefits that include retail lobbying, professional development, training, and discounted group buying. Over 2,000 Virginia and North Carolina businesses are partners or customers of Retail Alliance.
