Checkout Procedure

If you are visiting our resource library and you wish to checkout any material, take it to the receptionist in our lobby. Then fill out the card with your name, your company name and a telephone number. The receptionist will give you a return date card allowing you to have the materials for 2 weeks.

If you are visiting our resource library via the website you can checkout materials by sending e-mail to: kramella@retail-alliance.com and Kathy will mail you the materials you requested.

All resources materials are due back 2 weeks from the checkout date. However, if you wish to use the material longer, call Kathy Ramella at 757-455-9319 to arrange an extension.
