The Retail Alliance has contracted with Dominion Dental Services to provide serious dental coverage for our members. You and your family members now have access to ‘group’ style dental benefits on an individual basis. Three unique dental programs are available online. You choose the one that’s right for you!

All programs cover most diagnostic and preventative services 100%. More extensive care including fillings, crowns, dentures, root canals and periodontal treatment is covered up to 80%, depending on the program you select. There’s even orthodontic coverage for children and adults!

Best of all, rates start at less than $7.50 a month!

• Discount Program - This page explains Program 6000x, which provides several important “no-charge” services and substantial discounts on most other dental procedures. Simply choose a general dentist from our 6000x dental network. When your general dentist provides services you will be charged according to a published discounted fee schedule.
• DHMO Plan - This page explains the DHMO dental benefit. DHMO Plan 605x offers great value and extended coverage for your premium dollar. Choose a general dentist from our exclusive DHMO dental network. Your general dentist will provide almost all services and charge you according to the Description of Benefits and Member Copayments Schedule.
• PPO Plan - The PPO plan is designed to provide members with maximum access to dentists. Members may seek dental services from any licensed dentist or use a participating PPO network dentist for greater coverage. When dental care is received and expenses are incurred, payments will be made in accordance with the list of benefits and services in the Coverage Schedule and Certificate of Coverage that will be mailed to you with your membership card. • Provider Search - This page helps you find a participating dentist in the Discount Program (6000X), DHMO Plan or PPO Plan. Users can search based on zip code, city or area code. In addition, members can print a list of dentists (in pdf format).
• Coverage Area - This page lists the plans available by state.
• Enroll - This page is used to enroll members in the dental option of their choice. Members can also enroll directly from the home page. Upon enrollment members will receive an ID card with plan documents.
• Print Brochure - This page provides an eight-page brochure (in pdf format) covering all aspects of the plan. It also includes an application if the user wishes to enroll by mail (It also includes your group name for tracking purposes if the application is mailed in).
• About Dominion - This page provides background information about Dominion including history, experience, qualifications, provider networks, account services, member services and program highlights.
• FAQ - This page answers some of the most frequently asked questions.
• Contact Us - If the user has additional questions, this page instructs the user about how to contact us via email, phone, mail or fax.
